Following a very complex client request, Comas’ staff were able to achieve, in just one machine, three different types of dosing for completely different cosmetic products.
PERFUME – SHAMPOO – BODY LOTIONS – ROLL-ON – HIGH VISCOSITY CREAMS.
This was possible thanks to the use, among other things, of mass-based dosing systems, which use electrodynamic sensors to record the oscillations of the incoming and outgoing pipes, regardless of the product’s viscosity. In a very short period of time, Comas’ technical staff, starting from our basic RTM machine, developed this new solution which allows our client not only to process different liquids, but above all to use special and irregular packaging shapes without the need to change format.
