1 Machine layout

2 Tube feeding device

The operator feeds the box container with tubes to the AUTOMATIC ELEVATOR WITH CENTRIFUGAL UNSCRAMBLER. Automatically the test tubes are loaded lay down and bring to the 1st station of the Machine by a roller conveyor

3 Labelling machine for test tubes

Automatic labelling machine model 100 for distribution of self-adhesive labels on test tube with printer system for batch number and expiry date.
The machine is already composed with a Group thermal printer for printing the expiry date and the batch number

4 Tube handling

Roller conveyor belt to carry forward the test tubes
Automatic loading station by a pick & place system that load into the pucks 10 test tubes each time by a revolver system.

5 Nebulization device

Liquid filling station composed by 10 volumetric pumps.
The filling dose is easily adjustable by touch screen.
Set of 10 nozzles made of AISI 316 for liquid.
Nebulization spray nozzles (simulates the conformation of the human veins in order to avoid blood thinners on the internal surface). The concept and technical process is patented.

6 Hot air blowing

Six stations for hot air blowing inside the test tubes, using a pneumatic system, regulated by the touch screen, the speed of the movement of the nozzles to guarantee the drying.

7 Gel dosing

Gel dosing group equipped with servo movement for diving nozzles by brushless motor. The nozzles go into the tubes during the filling operations. 1 additional brushless motor to drive for the dosage. Pneumatic piston for dosage box.
One pump for feeding the product/gel “Graco” direct connect with tank of the Customer.

8 Granules dosing

Granules station for the agitator are placed inside the test tubes.

9 Closing device

One transfer chute in AISI 316 for cap to load 10 caps each step.
Capping Station for closing test tubes with push-on cap system. VACUUM is equipped to hold this station.

10 Out feeding tubes

Test tubes are automatically removed from the pucks and placed on the Blister of 50/100 pieces. (TBD). Including conveyor + magazine of 1mt. capacity, every 30 minutes.
Completed blister move out on the outfeed conveyor and are packed automatically

11 Labelling machine for blister package

Automatic labelling machine model 100 for distribution of self-adhesive labels on Blisters wrapped with printer system for batch number and expiry date.
The machine is already composed with a group thermal printer for printing the expiry date and the batch number
